I work rotating shifts and my days off were basically just spent trying to feel human again. Running on maybe four hours most days. Tried this after seeing it recommended a few times. Wish I hadn't waited so long. Actually slept through last week for the first time in months.

I get home after a string of nights and used to just lie there for hours. Wired but tired is the only way I can describe it. A friend kept telling me to try this and I finally gave in.
